Our stringent and frequent monitoring and evaluation procedures help us ensure that our supplier’s service quality is up to the standard expected by us and our agents. We work closely together with our in-house specialists and market research team in identifying the best performers in each sector (guides, hotels, restaurants, etc…), and actively support their development to ensure that our guests always leave the Kingdom thoroughly satisfied.

We go over and above what is expected of us to ensure that your travelers are thrilled with their experience in Jordan. Our customer service team act as the “face” of the company when meeting the guests upon their arrival to their hotel, and are there to assist them in the check-in process, explain their itinerary to them, answer any open questions they may have, and check-up on the guests throughout their stay.

The customer service team is available 24 hours, seven days a Week.

We have continuously set new industry trend and benchmarks throughout our illustrious history. Not only was the first incentive group in the Kingdom entrusted to us (in 1983), we also were the first Agency to offer special events along the Hijaz Railway and Hot Air Balloon rides over the Wadi Rum desert.

Our company is also responsible for developing the “Zaman” concept in Jordan which involved renovating old villages in and around Petra, and developing these into eco-tourist resorts in tandem with the local community. 

Perhaps the single feature that illustrates our dedication to excellence is the establishment of a Product Development Department within the company. Here, a team of professional  tour operators devotes all its time to the creation and testing of new tour products and services, as well as enhancement of existing ones, with the aim of enriching itineraries that we suggest to our clients .
